We complained and were transferred to another room. The Horseshoe is infested with cockroaches! Yyyyuck!! As well as seeing some in the hallway near vending machines, 5 roaches were discovered in a matter of minutes upon entering our room. Went there on an invitation from Caesar's Windsor. This place needs new management and a plethora of new employees.
Wife complained that our food would be cold by the time we ate our apps, absolutely no response from server. Finally, 1 hr and 20 minutes later, they brought the appetizer along with our meal. This whole time we had been watching the cooks leisurely walking to and from the kitchen, not a care in the world.
Not sure why we needed plates with a to go order? This happened twice. One of the servers came bringing us someone else's order to go, along with plates. When she came back bringing our drinks, we placed a food order and appetizers. I ordered sweet tea with no lemon, had to tell her 3 more times no lemon, and she brought me tea with lemon anyway. We waited for seemingly 20 minutes to place our drink order just to find that the waitress who had been chit chatting at another table was ours as well. First, upon arrival we were seated, but things went south after that. Went to eat around 8pm on a Saturday night, what a mistake that was.
This is one of the worst places to eat in ANY of the casinos.
